Description

This one-day professional development training is available to all Habitat ReStore staff (managers, directors, sales and warehouse associates, cashiers, truck drivers, key volunteers, etc.).

Learning objective: Participants will learn the 12 keys of a high-performing ReStore and dig into promising practices, challenges and opportunities for implementation across specific areas applicable to any ReStore staffer, including mission alignment, customer and donor service, and understanding key performance metrics. 

Note: This includes a one-hour break for lunch.
