Description
As operational expenses rise - most notably labor - many ReStores across the nation are finding it harder to increase revenue at a pace to match. Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity's leadership team developed a strategic plan specifically to maximize profitability within their ReStores. The process included researching highly profitable ReStores across the nation, as well as assessing internal processes, and building strategies for how to best fund the mission now and into the future. This information may be beneficial for ReStore Directors and other roles involved in strategy and operational development.
