This interactive panel style session will focus on topics including (but not limited to) ReStore layout, backroom velocity procedures, purchased product, ways to get the best donations, and donation sharing. Bring your successes to share as well as challenges you'd like addressed.

Dominic Milwaukee Habitat

Dominic has been the ReStore Director for Milwaukee Habitat for over 4 years. Prior to that he spent over ten years working for Goodwill within Stores, Distribution Center, Recycling and Transportation departments.

Bill Grau HFH Fox Cities

Bill has served as the Business Process Specialist for the Fox Cities Habitat team for a year. Prior to this role he has served as an Executive leader in major manufacturing facilities. He was trained in lean principles in the 90’s at the Dearborn Institute and has modified it through the years to focus on process improvement and employee engagement. As an early adopter of Lean Manufacturing, he has been an inspirational leader of change management. Bill has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management.

Dennis Shimeck HFH of Northwoods WI

Dennis is the ReStore manager with the Northwoods Wisconsin affiliate in Rhinelander, WI.
