Specializing as HR Partner with focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, she has a master’s degree in Organization Development. She has worked in Telecommunication Industry, Financial, Manufacturing, Mental Health and Government Contracts.

In Today’s diverse workforce, Tia continues to collaborate with leadership on current HR Diagnostic and HR Trends with Ethical AI that impact the present state of business. Tia’s experience ranges from small to medium size business.
