Tia Sirmans has more than 20 years of Human Resources professional experience. Specializing as HR Partner with focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, she has a master’s degree in Organization Development. She has worked in Telecommunication Industry, Financial, Manufacturing, Mental Health and Government Contracts.
In Today’s diverse workforce, Tia continues to collaborate with leadership on current HR Diagnostic and HR Trends with Ethical AI that impact the present state of business. Tia’s experience ranges from small to medium size business.
Beth Hudak serves as the Director of Community Engagement at House of Hope in Green Bay, where she works tirelessly to support youth and families experiencing homelessness. Her achievements include advocating for legislation to allow 17-year-olds to access shelter services, establishing a 24-hour drop-in center for youth experiencing housing instability, and facilitating House of Hope’s budget growth by nearly 600%. Beyond her professional roles, Beth mentors other nonprofit staff in grant writing, fund development, and program development and serves on multiple community boards and committees, focusing on empowering others and building stronger communities.
Joshua Lenz is the IT Director at Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity. He joined the organization in 2021.
