LaValle, WI: On Tuesday, July 16, Habitat for Humanity of Wisconsin River Area was named “Partner of the Year” by Wisconsin USDA Rural Development for their work helping the town of LaValle rehab eight senior apartments devastated by last summer’s flooding. Also recognized were property managers Rockie & Charity Sobeck and American Legion Post 242 for their invaluable work on the same project.
